Welcome to iWALK mea. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Site and all its sections. They govern the use and purchases made through the iWALK mea website, and provide you with basic information as a purchaser. By using the Site, you confirm your compliance with these Terms and Conditions with iWALK mea in relation to your use of the Site. This User Agreement becomes effective upon acceptance.

Account and Registered User

To access certain services and make purchases on iWALK mea, you must create an account. Your account is personal and non-transferable to any third party. We are committed to protecting your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When registering and creating an account, it is necessary to provide accurate and truthful information, including your email address, first and last name, country, telephone number and any other requested details. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registration information remains complete and accurate by updating it as necessary.

Your Account

When using iWALK mea, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. While iWALK mea offers products for children, they are sold to adults who can make purchases using a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 81 years of age, you may use iWALK mea only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You must maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure that it remains true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, iWALK mea reserves the right to suspend, restrict or withdraw your access to the Site indefinitely, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies under this User Agreement or at law.

Shipping Policy

For orders placed from Kuwait – within 1/2 business days.

For orders placed from UAE – within 8 business days.

For orders placed from Bahrain – within 8 business days.

For orders placed from Qatar – within 8 business days.

For orders placed from Oman – within 8 business days.

For orders placed from Iraq – within 15 business days.

For orders placed from KSA:

       • Riyadh: within 2 to 5 business days.

       • Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar: within 4 to 6 business days.

       • Other KSA Cities: within 5 to 7 business days.

       • For orders dispatched from Kuwait to KSA: within 8 business days.

To avoid any delay, please make sure to put the complete address details and contact number when placing your order.

Payment Methods & Refunds

Tap Payments

We process your credit or debit card payment at the time we receive your order for the relevant products, and we accept various payment methods including KNET, Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay & Apple Pay. If we are unable to supply the products, we will notify you immediately via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued if you have already paid for the products.

Upon receipt of full payment, our driver will deliver the products along with the invoice.

Please note that we do not accept payment by cheque, gift vouchers or discount coupons as an alternative to cash or card when using the Cash on Delivery option. (Discount coupons, if applicable, must be applied prior to payment.)

To ensure timely delivery, customers will be contacted at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time.

If our distribution department is unable to reach the customer within 48 hours of placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Please note that the cash on delivery option may not be available for all products, but it is available for select products, and you can check this in the shipping information before placing your order.
